Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales concluded on the website abris-de-jardin-promo (the "Website"). By placing an order on the Website, the customer (the "Customer") accepts these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all products offered for sale on the Website, including garden sheds and related accessories.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Product availability is subject to stock. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed and refunded in full.

3. Prices

All prices are indicated in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are specified before order confirmation.

abris-de-jardin-promo reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

In the event of a pricing error that is clearly incorrect (manifest error), the order may be canceled and the Customer refunded.

4. Orders

Orders are placed online through the Website. The Customer must provide accurate and complete information.

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent to the Customer.

abris-de-jardin-promo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, non-payment, or dispute concerning a previous order.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Stripe complies with PCI-DSS standards and ensures encrypted and secure transactions.

abris-de-jardin-promo does not store or have access to full credit card details. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe.

Accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards and other Stripe-supported payment methods).

In case of payment refusal by the payment provider, the order will be automatically canceled.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on carrier or logistical constraints.

abris-de-jardin-promo cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond its control.

The Customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any visible damage or missing items within 48 hours.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify abris-de-jardin-promo in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.

In case of defective or non-conforming products, the Customer must contact customer service with supporting evidence (photos, description of the issue).

If the defect is confirmed, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with legal obligations.

9. Complaints

Any complaint must be addressed to customer service via the contact details provided on the Website.

The Customer must provide order details and a clear description of the issue.

abris-de-jardin-promo undertakes to respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Liability

abris-de-jardin-promo shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products sold on the Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country where abris-de-jardin-promo is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Customer’s country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.

If no amicable solution is found, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
